AdStamp listens to a podcast episode (or reads its transcript), finds each sponsor read and checks it against what the sponsor asked for. You get a score per sponsor, chapter markers and a report to attach to your invoice.

  1. 1Add the episodeUpload the audio file (up to 100 MB and 60 minutes), or paste a transcript. Timestamped transcripts give timings for every ad read.
  2. 2Fill in the sponsor briefFor each sponsor, type the name, then one item per line: the points they want said, the promo codes, the web addresses and any phrases they do not allow. Press + Add sponsor for more (up to 5).
  3. 3Press Run AuditA long episode can take a few minutes. Keep this page open while it works.
  4. 4Read the resultsEach checklist item is Pass, Missing or Issue, with the time and the words that were said. An Issue is something said wrongly, such as a misread promo code or a banned phrase.
  5. 5Fix the chapters and exportUse the pencil to rename a chapter and the cross to remove it. Then copy the YouTube chapters, download the report (open it and print to PDF), the spreadsheet, or the podcast chapters file.
Good to know
  • Press Samples at the top to see an example first.
  • Promo codes, web addresses and banned phrases are matched exactly on your device, so the answer is the same every time. Spoken forms like "acme dot com slash pod" count as the web address.
  • A transcript without timestamps still works, but timings, placement and chapters are unavailable.
  • YouTube needs at least 3 chapters, the first at 0:00, each at least 10 seconds long. AdStamp fixes the list for you when it copies it.
  • Your business name and Client / ID head the report and spreadsheet.
