EquipLabel turns your gear list into print-ready Avery label sheets with numbered asset IDs and call-me QR codes, plus a matching inventory spreadsheet.

  1. 1Add the ownerYour name or company and the phone number that goes on "If found call". Pick an ID prefix such as AV-, the first number and how many digits.
  2. 2Build the gear listType rows, or paste a messy list and press AI Import. A quantity of 3 makes 3 numbered labels.
  3. 3Choose the label sheetMatch the Avery product you bought. The preview shows sheet 1 and the page count. The cable wrap prints the ID and QR on both halves, so it reads from either side once folded.
  4. 4Check the inventoryThe table follows your gear list as you type. It is the file you download or copy.
  5. 5PrintLoad the sheets and print at 100% / Actual size, not Fit to page. If labels sit slightly off, use the Nudge boxes to shift the whole sheet.
Good to know
  • Press Samples at the top to see an example first.
  • The serial number is printed in the spreadsheet for single items; with a quantity above 1, add serials after printing.
  • Print a test page on plain paper first, then hold it over a label sheet to the light to check the fit.
  • Your business name and Client / ID head the spreadsheet.
  • Press Clear at the top to start fresh. Your business name stays.
  • Only the list you paste into AI Import is sent to our AI (see Privacy by Design).
