    1. 1Add your repliesPaste them into the Import box or drop in your files, then press Add to library.
    2. 2Set your brand voicePress Brand voice at the top to choose your tone, greeting and sign-off.
    3. 3Tidy them upOpen a reply and press Clean up for an instant fix, or AI Rewrite to reword it. You can always undo.
    4. 4Check the warningsAnything that needs fixing shows under the reply. A green dot in the library means it is ready.
    5. 5Copy, export or printPick a tab like Zendesk, Discord or Email on the right, then use Copy, Export or Print at the bottom.
    Good to know
    • Press Samples at the top to see an example first.
    • Your business name and Client / ID fill in spots like {business_name} and {client_name}, appear on the printout and backup, and are added to every export file name. Helpdesk import files (CSV, Zendesk, Discord) are kept clean so they import without errors.
    • Press Clear at the top to start fresh. It deletes your whole library and resets your brand voice, so export a backup first. Your business name stays.
    • See Privacy by Design at the top for exactly what stays on your device.
    • Fill-in spots, like the customer's name, are turned into one standard style such as {customer_first_name}.
    • Turn on Sample values to see what the customer will read.
    • Your library is saved in this browser only. Use Export to make a backup.
