ThreadMark is a pre-flight check before you digitize or quote: it matches artwork colors to thread numbers, estimates stitches, thread and machine time, and prints a run sheet with a suggested price.

  1. 1Add the artworkDrop a PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP, or type the customer's exact colors (hex like #C8102E, or RGB). Typed colors are used instead of the picture's colors.
  2. 2Set the size and placementType the finished width (the height follows the artwork's shape). "Stitched area %" is how much of that box gets thread; a picture fills it in for you.
  3. 3Pick the thread and your pricesMadeira Polyneon 40 or Robison-Anton polyester or rayon, your machine speed, heads, pieces and price per 1,000 stitches. These are remembered.
  4. 4Press Match ThreadsEach color gets the nearest thread number with its Delta E (under 3 looks the same on thread), two alternates, and AI operator notes.
  5. 5Print the run sheetPrint / PDF for the operator, CSV for your records, or Copy sheet to paste into a quote.

  • Stitch counts are estimates for quoting. Your digitized file has the final count.
  • Screens show color differently: always check thread against the physical color card.
